- I am a raw food advocate in a big way. Have been raw for 4-5 years or there abouts....love raw communities heaps.....so thought I would join up.
have previously been a teacher and a singer/songwriter. Thinking more physio for next year. So back to uni I go...love travelling and going to India in a month or so. Need help with staying raw. I have travelled very well raw before, but India is a little different don't cha think?
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- well just in being my mates really...moral support at times where things get a bit full on would be like the icing on a raw cake.....preferably coloured purple with purple corn extract too :) :) :)

Hi Lizz,
I haven't tried yacon; I think it's still too sweet, technically. I believe stevia is truly the only natural sweetener that is not a form of sugar. When I add vanilla flavor and a little coconut oil to the stevia, it's kind of like maple...
