I cannot find this herb, would like to try this receipe but it seems to me it doesn't grow here.

Non e' troppo difficile essere crudista qua a Maastricht dove vivo, ci sono alcuni negozi biologici ben forniti e un paio di piccoli mercati di prodotti biologici locali.. I supermercati sono sempre ben forniti di frutta e verdura, anche esotica tipo mango, cocco, papaia e avocado, che invece in toscana trovavo raramente.
Mi sembra che tutto sommato l'olanda sia piu' aperta dell'italia all'alimentazione alternativa e alle cose nuove in genere... anche se culturalmente la loro alimentazione e' molto meno varia..

After the third or fourth day I seem to function better then when I am eating heavy meals. My last fast I was walking eveyday. I just feel great when I am fasting.
40 days????? Like, how do you function? I can't even imagine that.
