- About Me:
- well, as far as raw food goes, i'm happily primal for the last 8 years after a couple years of experimenting with raw vegan/veggie/fruitarian-isms. the last 10 years spent living here in hawaii in raw food permaculture communities until recently. now it's just me and my wonderful 5 yr old son. when i'm not hanging out with him and his friends, i'm out and about installing off grid solar systems for folks around here. i absolutely love it here. love living in nature real simple but still sitting here typing away on the internet after a hot bath. i feel blessed to be here everyday.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- shared experience, shared living, i often think of how simple it would be if everyone just moved the same area. i vote for here! :o)

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.

So I've been vegan for about a week now and vegetarian for a little while longer, but last night I went out with my friends and stupidly had some fish at dinner.
