Yeah, I will share for sure as much as I possibly can... fitness is true passion of mine! Maybe it would be appropriate to talk about some background philosophy at the beginning.
First of all, if apperance is the number one motivation, results never can be the highest! But, if functionality is what matters, then amazing apperance is unavoidable "bonus". That´s why I quitted visiting a gym almost a year ago (after three years of quite intense bodybuilding). Its focus is almost only on apperance side (mostly to show off your biceps in the club so to speak, which is btw pretty much ego-driven thing to do). But you cannot gain full functionality by isolating exercises in a gym. So that´s the point I started to discover "gym of jungle" as I call it :) It´s far away from conventional point of view and results are phenomenal. I climb the trees, lift carry & throw big rocks, crawl on grass, do uphill sprinting, etc. etc. - thus movements where coordination, strength, speed, precision and balance of a whole body is involved!
So, you can´t find almost none regimem or agenda in my fitness program and no strict sets of repetitions... you don´t need to take care about which exercise is the best for strenghtening the second deltoid etc. - when you move naturally and vigorously, all muscles are involved exactly as they were meant to be. The only guidance then is fun and excelence. I have my six pack because I didn´t want a six pack ;-) Pretty paradoxical, huh? :) I just wanted to be the fittest man I´ve ever seen and suprisingly here I am with sick pack... what a gift

How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?

That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
