- Striving to do the best i can, I am Mum to my 3 children, Nuala is 8, Beznar is 6 and little Akira Solar Moon is 2. Both Nuala and Beznar have type 1 diabetes and this is the biggest ongoing challenge that i have faced in my time on this earth.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)

for people who becomes aware of this latest scandal, the one presented these recent days, and still are not deeply disturbed by this...for these people, nothing noone says can convince them to see the other perspective..for now.
yeah that is all fair to know, even though there's quite alot of attempts at personal attacks and discrediting people in these matters rather than just deliver straight answers to the questions.

After the third or fourth day I seem to function better then when I am eating heavy meals. My last fast I was walking eveyday. I just feel great when I am fasting.
40 days????? Like, how do you function? I can't even imagine that.
I'm not denying the veracity of those emails... who knows. However, here is a little background on Tim Ball. I have a hard time trusting anything he says.

I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
