hello sweet....ahhh as you immerse yourself into the winter,we see the lovely summer dawning and the cold going away,thank goodness..
i am eating very high raw,this is helping me heal further,it slows my food going thru me(and gives me less bowel pain)...at night a lightly warmed veg soup,or lightly steamed veg...this is working for me...i denied this need for a whole 12 months again,and watched as my health declined again...finding happy and healthy me,is where im at right now,not conforming nor fitting into others ideals,nor expectations...
