Hey Lindsey,
Just wanted to add one more thing you said you have allready lost 10 lbs in about a month in a half. That is awsome by the way. That is right at the normal "healthy" weight loss schedule which is 1-2 lbs a wk. If you lost more then th...
Hey Lindsey, (aja8505)
I would take in consideration how much fat you are consuming and I mean natural raw fat. Do you consume oil, avocados, nuts, seeds? How much do you consume daily? All of these foods are extremly high in fat. Oil is 100% fat ...
Hi everyone. Thanks for some of the great advice. I have wanted to explore water fasting so I think i am going to start next week! My bf is out of town so no worries about having to have any meals with him :)
Hi Barbie,

Hi Leira,

k2 - how you been?!! April 2, 7pm
just letting you there is a meeting at Crazy Wisdom downtown about raw food and detox. I believe ellen livingston is directing it.
take care,
Hey, thanks for the info on Ellen's lecture. I am definitely going to try and make it. I have been doing the same thing as you and trying to slowly introduce my family & a few friends to raw so I think I will bring my mom and aunt as well because they both have major health probs and could use a change. As for the Red Pepper I have been to it. Actually, I own the denim Store Urban Blues, that is right next to it with my sister. It's delicious! Where do you work in Northville?
Hi, thanks for getting back to me. i've never heard of the woman you were speaking of but i am definitely going to check out the link you sent me. I really have not gone to any lectures or anything like that because i have not been able to find any but i would really love to so if you know of any let me know and I would definitely go. have you ever been to red pepper deli in northville?
cool, i'll definately let you know of new goings on with raw food gatherings downtown. i met lots of young friends that are down with creating groovey momentum mixing raw stuff....
Thats cool, thanks, i have heard of the red pepper and will chek it out v. soon. Yea, i did go to Ellens house once for meetup, with some food demos etc...she's very committed and knowledgable about fruits..

About Me:
Over the past few months I have started to transition into a raw healthy lifestyle. Slowly I am meeting other people in my town that enjoy this way to live. It is hard lifestyle to live when I feel like my surroundings are always working against me. Society, what people believe the norms are, my work environment, etc... I have done an amazing job not allowing those factors to let me fall into temptation. I believe knowledge is power and since I have gained so much about what it means to truly live and "thrive" not just "survive" I am able to live the way that I desire.

Try this. I found out about it when I worked at Jubbs longevity. There is absolutely no aftertaste and a bottle lasts forever. I've been using it for years. Lucky Vitamin has amazing prices on many things too.

I like to do fasts as well and I think the power in fasting is that its a remedial action, one part of the process of purifiying. For instance if you feel you have a lot of non-virtuous residue or spiritual obstacles to remove, you generate regret...
