foraging fruit !
apples it is. Got 5 5 gallon buckets of it. Universe is kind. Fruttie seasons fall for me. Grapes are about to be ready to be foraged. Hopefully persimons will be in abbundance in December. Life is great.

P.S. I have a hard time sleeping without some nightcap food too. I was addicted to bananas and almond butter before bed, but I'm trying to phase it out by freezing bananas in the morning and then making raw ice cream at night.

I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras.
Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.
