hey again julie, sorry to hear youve been going thru the mill, i have heard of spinal touch, i have a homeopath who does it on my back if ever i put it out as its pretty weak, i think it can be nothing short of miraculous when it works! ill send some lovin healin your way! i dont get to plymouth much, we dont drive but i have been a few times to gigs etc. i work for social services with adults with various learning disabilities doing drama, storytelling and dance which i love but i also hold a diploma in nutrition and i hope to further my study and become a qualified practitioner next year. ive also worked in retail selling silver and semi precious stones for 6 years in taunton and on bristol market for a small company 'silver scene' so have a penchant for jewellry too! it must be wonderful to live so near the moors my boyfriend adores them too tho i havent been nearly enough, mainly thru not driving! we went to a beautiful wedding on dartmoor in march and it blew me away with its beauty. its just so lovely to connect with someone similar as i often feel alone (but happy) in my own community! wishing you health, love and happiness

Hello beautiful!
I am so glad to hear you are feeling better. There really is nothing worse that being sick.
I did order the MMS...now I just have to wait for it to get to me from the US. But I shall keep you updated on how that goes.
The retreat. It was a physical, emotional, spiritual detox. When I went there last time I was there to focus more on getting back into my yoga practise..so I didn't quite know what to experience this time. It was intense. I've always been one to hold everything in emotionally..and it all came flooding out by the second day I was there. I have never been one to cry..and on that second day I couldn't bloody stop! I wasn't prepared to feel like that..completely out of control of my emotions and I was really wanting to get out of there but stuck it out and ended up feeling awesome the following day.
I had daily massages and had a Kinesiology session which was freakishly wicked. Food wise the rooms are decked out with juicers and blenders and you make all of your own meals. There is a huge veggie garden and herb garden and all the other fruits and veg supplied is all organic. So it was lots of salads and green smoothes for me :)
I've left there questioning my 'over-thought-well planned future' and have no idea where I am to go next but I know it will come to me.
Intense!
Is your website up yet? I would love to check it out.

Hope you are having a beautiful week.

Love and light..

Oh I am sorry to hear you're not feeling very well :( I hope the bowel infection clears up soon. You might be interested in reading this...http://mmsmiracle.com It apparantly is amazing stuff. Detoxifies the body completely. I am actually in the process of ordering some myself. It basically goes through the body and eradicates all foreign beings..parasites, infection, mould etc etc. Has been known to cure cancers even. I was put on to it by the woman that runs the health retreat.
Rest up doll, drink pleanty of fluids. Am thinking of you..sending you good get-well vibes :)

Love and light..
