Their tomato powder has guar gum in it so not the best. I love Premier Research Labs tomato powder.
I keep all spices in the fridge. Keeps everything fresh and doesn't attract bugs.
Mountain Rose Herbs is another good company, www.mountainroseherbs.com. I really like their garlic powder and chili powder, but I use Frontier's herbs too. I also keep my spices in jars and haven't had any caking issues.
PLA- what do you use sundried tomato powder for? i feel like that would be a more concentrated tomato flavor so it would make tomato soups taste really good. any thoughts?
I adopted a vegan lifestyle at 20, and a raw fruit/veggie/nut diet at 22, cutting out all supplements and medicines too. I juice fast regularly since 2008 and eat alot less solid food now. I enjoy gardening, reading, films, travel, etc..

hey. wow that sounds like so much fun!! =D so did you grow up speaking spanish or was it later?? i agree, i definitely want to be further away from civilization and in the tropical jungle, but not too far away from civilization tho (yet lol) cuz i'll be yelling "wilson!!" (haha from that movie) but that sounds so cool to grow up in south america. in sri lanka the beaches in the south are very very nice. there's like seriously almost all of the fish/turtles you can think of there!!! thailand kind of has pollution in bangkok but it's a lot of fun there because of all of the fruit, stores, malls and markets. but in the south there islands with lots of beaches and in the north jungle. asia is definitely a lot of fun!!! so is costa rica but the two are so different.
france sounds like fun tho. i went to italy 2 summers ago with my parents to stay with friends.... so fun!!! sri lanka is so awesome. there are lots of beaches, fruit, buddahs tooth palace, sigiriya (considered by some to be the 8th wonder of the world, a gone ancient civilization on a rock), we went to trivandrum, south india. i still want to see the taj mahal!! yes we want to live part time in costa rica. how was venezuela?? i want to visit south america!! =D i've never been there. hablas espanol??
Thankyou for the information on your fasting, what detox symptoms have you had or none at all? what is your diet the rest of the time is it mainly juice, fruit or raw vegan, ? I'm always interested in others experiences.
wow!! that's a lot!! what was your favorite country?? france sounds so interesting! was the food good there?? why did you choose panama to live in?? was it your favorite country?? i went to many countries but costa rica i think is my favorite!! i would love to live there so much. warm weather all year!! in panama they also have a carribean and pacific side right. is there a mix of jamaican culture and spanish too?? that's what i liked about costa rica so much. there is so much diversity. but costa rica and panama are neighbors so they can't be too different. =D
wow. i don't think i've ever seen dates with the stems still on. do they taste the same?? =D yes i've returned to ukraine 3 times and both of my parents are from there. including ukraine and costa rica, altogether i've been to to 17 countries including italy india sri lanka fiji thailand etc. we've traveled a lot for business and it's amazing to see all of the different cultures. i miss asia a lot, especially sri lanka was very very cool. what countries have you been to besides spain and panama?? i want to go to spain so much!! =D
im confused. matt monarch swears by regular colonic hydrotherapy. its his no.1 raw tip, didn't think it could be dangerous but now it kind of makes sense. enemas seem much more natural in comparison.
I've heard great, great things about Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, CA. I know that isn't really in the Los Angeles area, but it's still in CA and I believe they provide students the option to stay in their 'Living Light Inn'....
The way I see it is that generally people who label themselves are confident of the path they have chosen while, also generally, people don't don't label aren't quite as sure if what they're following is the right way to go.
hi hitesh,
how are you
if yoga is practiced regularly then it's not difficult to achieve flexibility, yep i can share the knowledge with you that I got from the university, don't worry about it
oh yeah she is married :(
wow did that beautiful lady kiss u.. lol
great u won two things.
the 2nd rank and her heart?
oops shes married right?
oh well theres tons of ppl that love u specially on GITMR
can u help me with my postures when u run your raw-community?
i do yoga, but not regularly, and my flexibility isnt that great.
my breathing capacity is great, and thats the only thing good.
things that have actually worked for me:
Valerian root for tea - very calming...
Lemon juice, sliced lemon peel, lemon grass or lemon verbina, raw honey, star anise (optional), maybe some ginger, hot water (let it all infuse together for a while) ...
oh yeah there were like 3 judges who really eager to find mistakes in my asanas and other yoga practices that they asked me to perform :)
But i am lucky hahahaha
