does anyone have any recent information regarding the above sprouts? Ann Wigmore used to sprout them 12 -48 hours after a soak and make hummus and other recipes from them,
i have however not been able to find them in any recently published books. is there something not good for the body with the chick peas or is it a taste or fad thing that recent raw hummus recipes usually use almonds or other light nuts but not the chickpeas?
any current information here would be gladly welcomed - thanks all
