The citrus juicer is the best. The other way I do it is crack open and drop all the little red bits of deliciousness into my blender and whatever white pieces fall in, so be it. Its pretty good too.

Smoothies are yummy. I have experimented with some green smoothies kale, spinach, pineapple, banana but noting serious. About the Breville, I think it might be the most practical. 60 pounds! gee-wizz! Jason, were you only juicing or something?!!
Still haven't made up my mind on the blender/food processor. so far it is split in opinions. I have an old one that I am using in the meanwhile but I am not by far a creator as you are. hopping to get there so I can show off my work on this site.
Yeah. I know about the centrifugal vs the twin blade masticating technique. I guess I was thinking about the nutritional benefits. My issue is I am on a budget. But I am the kind of persona that will spend the money for better health benefits. I am just not sure if juice is juice and the nutritional benefits are enough to kick out and additional $300.
I have a centrifugal now it just wastes my food (Waring pro- got on sale 6 years ago at Macy's), which is why I am in line for a new juicer. The other issue is I am going to be doing a straight 9-5 job. Thus, time may be a factor for someone who juices five days a week too.
Ok just checked out your response to my discussion. Man you are hard core. Maybe you can tell me your thoughts on the best type of juicer. this is actually more pressing than the blender thread. Greenstar or Breville?
Right. And from what I've seen, it seems as though the variation in dietary needs seems very specific to what a person is healing from, rather than an actual anatomical difference. Whether you're eating raw meat, fermented foods, green juices, or ...
That's why I have always had this twisted idea it would be cool to be like boderline or something, that's so authentic, no norms, no morality, just sick self-absorption and compulsive honest. self-expression

It's pretty reliable, I used to go there a bit before I was vegetarian because it's practically on campus and have never gotten sick before, so I think it was my body just rejecting it.

Just two, hieroglyphs down my spine and a, heh, a Dark Mark on my left forearm done in glow-in-the-dark ink. If I had the money I'd have more, but the ones I had done were wicked expensive so it'll be a while before I can. I need to get tats I can...
