Hey everyone
Currently I eat about 6 small meals a day (some which are cooked), when I switch to raw foods 100% (4 sep, if anyone wants to start with me let me know :) ), can I eat 2-3 times a day (which is much more convient for when I go to uni) and get enough calories/energy from the 2-3 meals to last me all day without feeling tired (as it'll probably be mostly fruit+veg juices and salads, and some seeds+nuts)?
