i've been vegetarian for most of my life, then vegan, and now raw for ~5 years. as an athlete, i've thrived on simple plant foods, and i like using sport as a vehicle to show that a raw diet is no detriment, and can in fact be an advantage.
otherwise i'm just rolling right along, on this wicked crazy ride, in this beautiful life of mine.
