littleraven said… - There use to be several... but now there's only the Greenery in Encinitas... and there's Nature's Express in Hillcrest. Also, Roots in Ocean Beach has a raw wrap. The People's Co-op in Ocean Beach has a deli with raw food... If you are in the general area, though, I would check out Au Lac in Fountain Valley, CA -- sooo good. :)

i happened to do some yoga asanas today and had some raw recipes that my mom made for me
Whaaaat!!! Tell me it's an arts project ;)
I had a green juice (Celery, Cilantro, Parsley, Apple, Ginger, Fennel, Chard)
And a massive salad with wild caught sardine.
Coconut leek cilantro and lime soup
Might have a coconut kefir smoothie in a hour or two

I distinctly remember feeling the exact way. I had the Nesco dehydrator before, and it stunk (it didn't work well). LOL The Nesco dehydrator is made in a circular shape and it would take doubly long to dehydrate, and food was often very moist/chew...
I think the green is more "leafy" tasting (which I don't mind) but doesn't have the same long-lasting aftertase that the white does. I love the Wisdom of the Ancients green stevia liquid. I've finally made friends with stevia, LOL! I get it from V...
What is a safe mattress that you recommend?
