I live by the Muay Thai mantra, "Soft as silk, hard as diamond." I've found it can be applied to many things in life. I am not 100% raw, but I do the best I can. I think a diet heavy in raw foods is optimal, but I do incorporate whole grains, brown rice and other non-raw foods. I'm here to learn more, be inspired, and perhaps take my diet to another level.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)

YUM! That looks sooooo good, I love sushi so much but haven't had it years, since I don't get the conventional stuff anymore ( I call them mercury rolls) and I'm too lazy to make something like this.....will you come over and make it for me, pleee...
There is a great fruit wholesaler in town, specializing in Local, organic fruit actually.
All I need is a few people, a car and one willing person to go up there with me at some unholy hour (they close at 9am) once a week and it's beautiful fruit ...
