papaya, mango, bananas, avocados, green smoothies, a good ripe cantaloupe or watermelon....oh, and COCONUTS!
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
playing music for smiling faces, writing witty snippets, reading too many books at a time, dressing "fancy" (this means costumes), yoga, meditation, hiking in the rain, surfing in warm water, being barefoot outside, and my newest obsession: slacklining.

any and all i can get my word-greedy little hands on. but lately i lean toward more happy and/or spiritually uplifting ones.

#1 Eat lots of greens.
#2 Focus on higher calorie fruits (bananas, dates, figs, grapes, mango). Buy lots and have them handy. Eat as many as you can so that you aren't craving cooked carbs between meals.
#3 Get out in the sun
#4 Get your heart rate up high for 15 min everyday
#5 Sleep as much as you care for (allow for this)
If you can stick to all of that you're on the right track.

IMHO, there isn't anything necessarily "wrong" with the green smoothies, I just want to make sure people are aware of what they are doing. As long as they know what they are doing and have not been deceived, then I have done my job.
I have a wonderful, close friend and we like to go out and talk over dinner, just the two of us, as they say.
He can handle drinking.
Last time, I had one 16-oz organic beer and I was hung over all the next day till 7pm.
