Nettle, coconut oil, lemon juice, and this is the basic green smoothie I like the most. Then I put some cacoa-beans into it, or some mango, or some raspberries, or some bananas, or other fruit..... if its too sour I put some agave in it. thats it....

Profile Information

About Me:
I was vegan for bout 2 years, then i read David Wolfes book about raw sun food, and decided to try it for one day, then for two, and now its bout 5 and a half months, i am "trying" it, and i think, i´ll try to keep it all my life.....
a lot of things changed during this time, and i´m really happy for this changes. Severe things cured by itself.... and i cannot find the words to describe the feelings i have about it, cause it´s so natural and so easy beeing healthy and full of energy.
Even easy things such as flue occure for just one day, my surroundings has it 7 to 10 days. I see everyday such examples....

I learned eye-diagnosis, and my eyes changed completely, from something dirty-dark-green-brounish to much lighter green tending to blue... the right eye. The left eye has still some broun stripes going through on the thyreoidea-sector, and the upper digestive system... but the rest changed too to lighter green, tendig to blue... This is a sign, that my lyph has changed into clean again, and that the digestive system is really good, and it was a catastrophy.... and the lymph nourishes all the other systems of the body....

Agave nectar

I am on vaccations. Yesterday i cut a agave-leave big bout 1,50 meters and carried it home, then i mixed it, and now its hangin and droping through a linen, raw fresh agave juice burns as hell on your skin - it was really interesting, you cannot wash it down, if you wash it, it burns everywhere you spread it, with your hands and the water....the even more interesting thing is, that you can eat it, and it doesnt burn at all in your mouth and digestive system.

well - now I¨m looking forward to so… Continue

Today I really needed something sweet, like pralines, hmm
I made marzipan (mashed almonds and agave nectar), and filled dates with it, then I put half a walnut on it.

Today I made...

Bell peppers filled with [sauerkraut, raisins, dried abricots, walnuts and ginger] it tastes really good, somekind of oriental-bavarian. If you want to taste something really good and a new taste at the same time.... try it.

Today I made...

the craziest cake I´ve ever made....
the bottom is dried abricots with peca-nuts, stevia, chili and cinamon
the middle is a really big mango, sesamon-seeds, sunflowerseeds, almonds, lemon juice and stevia
the top is dried cranberries, flax seeds, lemon juice, fresh cherries and stevia.
i dont know how it will taste......
I made so many different cakes of what I had left in the kitchen, so i write it down now, the last 5 cakes are irrepeatable.....this one is fixed....hihi

LOL. That's crazy!! They didn't break off? I actually had an idea to do something like that with squash in the mesquite trees here to keep the havalinas from devouring them.
