I am looking for ideas for raw lunch to take to work!
Am tired of the same salad day in and day out with greens, carrots, olives, avocado, onions, and tomatoes. Any suggestion for a quick and easy to make raw lunch????

Most of us are living in the shadow of a meagre existence when we could be living in the fullness and glory of the sunlight.
BTW, just how do you put pictures and videos, etc. on one's site, you know, above the pictures of who your friends are? Like below, Latest Happenings, you have Codex, What is it? (And I'm glad you're making people aware of this crime!!! Thank you.) I've been trying to put some images but can't get it up there.

How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?
Wow Id like to hear more on this from other people as well. I am not sure where to get info on things like this either- I just know my personal experience with a low carb diet. I still believe in low carb for the most part but plant based live foo...
That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
