so 'g', how much do you love living in the ecoforest community in spain? are you very active in this community?
i've seen it before while looking for like minded communities in which i'd like to experience.
in regards to your favorite book > one of my favorite books is the bhagavad gita translation by his holiness maharishi mahesh yogi as he explained it so well and arjuna was portrayed so spiritually strong unlike some other translations. i actually cried in sorrow and then ultimately thankfulness that i was not in his place having to go into the same kind of battle. yet i have realized that we have different "issues" to face in our spiritual journey not unsimilar to his :)
hi just to let u now we have 2 new couples becoming members of ecoforest who are therapists replacing gaps left by departing members, so we should be seeing positive movement for the project in the near future, this will put the project into the up side of the curve and hopefully attract more people to join the ecoforest base camp in southern spain
Brilliant! Ive been planning to fast/ feast soon, 4 grey hair & other not quite pristine health issues hangin on!
I've been uber-busy plannin my website/ festivals, workshops etc. all a part of the longterm plan to live in community, still building the skills & saving the pennies.
Going to get a vehicle soon too. where u livin?
P.S. I have a hard time sleeping without some nightcap food too. I was addicted to bananas and almond butter before bed, but I'm trying to phase it out by freezing bananas in the morning and then making raw ice cream at night.
Banana peach coconut smoothie for breakfast, then
3 Collard wraps with spicy mango salsa, avocado, onion, cilantro, sprouts, and sauteed portabello mushroom. Amazing.
Now I'm contemplating dinner. Might treat myself to Que Seraw Seraw in Burlinga...
P.S. Yogi, When my body is in an unwanted condition like ill or overwhelmed I also ask it "What do you need to get well or fix that condition?" Watch closely for it's FIRST THOUGHT and don't invalidate it. Then do whatever you please of course-you...
hi stacey,
I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras.
Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.
I had a green juice (Celery, Cilantro, Parsley, Apple, Ginger, Fennel, Chard)
And a massive salad with wild caught sardine.
Coconut leek cilantro and lime soup
Might have a coconut kefir smoothie in a hour or two
