Part 1: I have used Liquid Zeolites for detoxing lead from doing stained glass art for a few years and MSM for ease of movement in the joints. Both worked great.

This has always been one of my healthier alternatives. However, usually our pizzas were done on French bread. Not the best healthy food mind you, but much better than restaurant pizzas!

Is about de-calcifying the body that can give us stones, cysts, scars, hardening of the arteries.
I joined this program a few months ago and it includes a pass to see him in Costa Mesa, California (near Los Angeles, the City of Angels thankfully)...
I have seen gitmr peeps drinking raw vodka and smoking raw pot whatever that is.
I think it tastes bad. I have put it in guac and that was gross and I tried drinking it mixed in water...same. Does anyone here use it and if so how.

I den grønne smoothien på bildet er det spirulina som gjør den så innmari grønn ja :) Jeg er glad i det. Både alger og fargen grønn :)
Ellers i den smoothien er det juicen av selleri, epler og salat, avocado, banan, hemp pulver og vann.. og så bringebær :)

It Sounds like what most call detox! I went to Hippocrates Health Institute last spring and most people apparently go through detox there first week of being there. This happened to me. Every one's symptoms very though I think most have nausea. I only vomited once some light green water. Green because of the green food. There are many different symptoms. And they are claimed to be from toxins accumulated through out your lifetime being released into your bloodstream now that you are eating clean and/or ideal food for your body and now leaving room for your body to eliminate the toxins.
Cooking changes foods causing unideal conditions for digestion and even creates toxins possibly leaving them unbalanced. It is known that the body releases an immune response (as it does also when injured by something) into the digestive system only when cooked food is eaten.
I'm surprised no one else has mentioned The so-called Detox yet.
Simple I do believe could help. Also good combinations.
As I have observed at Hippocrates If you've been eating a lot of cooked food it is more likely to experience detox symptoms. This I now believe this is what happened to me when I ate my first all raw meal at a raw food dinner meetup. My drive home and night was nauseous."

hvor kjøpte du living on live food, og detox your world. prøvde meg på amazon, men de ville ikke shippe til norge. troe jeg kjøper detox boka fra shazzie, men hadde jo vært greit å kjøpe fra samme sted..
