So, I am mostly raw for over a year and LIVING AND LOVING IT! Was vegan and vegetarian for a while before.
I did Jivamukti yoga teacher training but am not teaching yoga, because i like to jump around on stage too much, which is what i do for a living- total gratitude for my lucky life!!!
I think I eat too much seaweed. I am studying with the amazing Amy Rachelle in her teacher training program for spiritual healing, raw food, and so much more.

I distinctly remember feeling the exact way. I had the Nesco dehydrator before, and it stunk (it didn't work well). LOL The Nesco dehydrator is made in a circular shape and it would take doubly long to dehydrate, and food was often very moist/chew...
I think the green is more "leafy" tasting (which I don't mind) but doesn't have the same long-lasting aftertase that the white does. I love the Wisdom of the Ancients green stevia liquid. I've finally made friends with stevia, LOL! I get it from V...
What is a safe mattress that you recommend?
