This recipe was total serendipity. I had to do something with the pumpkin so I tried slaw. I'm incredibly pleased with how it turned out!

I eat raw food. It makes me feel *awesome.* What else can I say? I used to be a soy-addicted vegan until I took a little chance and went on a juice feast. I just wanted to lose weight and maybe cleanse a little, but 92 days of juice and I was hooked on raw. Even breaking the feast made me sad, but I was so excited to try and make all the recipes I'd been looking at on GITMR, btw thanks guys!
