Heya Susan!

Thank you! Great photos and writing you did of the time in SLO. I like the way you share. It's great to see the subtle open acceptance in your writing and how it all comes together. I like the sweet story of the man with the windshield wipers. The place in Hurricane is LaVerkin hot springs on the Virgin River. Have a great time in Zion.
If you pass through Cedar City there may be a little cafe on the main drag that serves a couple raw dishes. I'll check with my brother tonight to find the name. When I was there last there was a nice health food store too.
We took a great group from SLO to the Sacred Commerce workshop this past Saturday... Brandie, Anthony, Jonathon, brother Will, Stephanie, Amanda (Avo Girl), and myself. Great class...creates space for, or reminds our essence to play in this world.
Have great travels!
Hug, Luke

I love Zion & Bryce! Great going! You may want to become friends with Walker Marchal on this site, she has a ranch in Sedona and is connected to the Raw Foodies, there's also the Cafe Bliss folks in Sedona who are so loving and wonderful; I dont think they're on here but if you add me on facebk, I can connect you w/ them there.. Navajo country's great, I spent some time there too, camping at Canyon de Chelly is awesome if you can do it.. Have a great journey!! : )

You could make an avocado chocolate (or carob) mousse but sweeten it with stevia, so you'll only be getting the fat and not the sugar. Or you could make a green smoothie (or a regular, non-fat smoothie) and freeze it into sorbet:-)
