I have been living in Costa Rica for 3 years now and loving it. My partner has been diagnosed with colon cancer. Even though we have been eating organic for decades, eating local grass fed meats and chicken, wild fish and good clean water. It still happened. Now I am taking it one step further with juicing and blending almost everything we eat.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
We are transitioning to a raw life style so I am sure I will need moral support. I was Vegan for 9 years but not raw... that is different. I also am a certified clinical nutritionist and a
chiropractor.
