About Me:
An ever-changing, formless being made of pure love, manifested at times as vocalist, poet, dancer, visual & edible artist... and whatever else life would like to blissfully embody.
I love transforming old family recipes into greener & pesco/vegetarian-friendly, out-of-this-world goodness! A lot of dishes in my family have been passed down for generations and I enjoy presenting them in a more wholesome manner, without taking away their authenticity & cultural significance. Currently integrating raw foods and open to eating more of it, (if the path leads me there!)

I AM PERFECT JUST AS I AM. THERE IS NO MORE SEARCHING BECAUSE I ARRIVE WITH EVERY MOMENT...!

An affirmation for those of us who need to remember why we are healthy right now and how we can continue to radiate this blessing... and those of us who have forgotten what we are simply made of.

BEEN A PESCO-VEGETARIAN FOR A WHILE AND GETTING EXCITED ABOUT ENJOYING RAW ARTABLES

When I first became a vegetarian at 23, I was living in New York City and attending a small conservatory. There were so many eclectic macrobiotic, vegan and vegetarian places to eat and I really enjoyed eating out in the city. Two years after that, I slowly began eating meat again because I hooked up with a meat-eater for five years in my 20s. Jerk. Just kidding. Me, jerk...

Two years ago, I met my darling- who is helping me get my life where it wants to be... ARTFULLY HEALTHY. I've seen clips… Continue

I'm really interested in the one that's opening Saturday in Oklahoma City. Associated with the restaurant 105 Degrees. I'm looking into it, a straight shot up from Austin. I'm heading over to Welikeitraw.com - saw something on it there.

hi!

i would not know anyone at your area who is into spices. but here are professionals who teach. cooks. do we mean you want to learn about spices, their nutrient values, etc or as condiments use to cook or both?

i live in Kolkata. it is a city and not really as free and open as beautiful Hawaii of course. but it is nice and warm out here. if you come it will be really wonderful though. you can visit the sea shores and mountains and wherever else you want to go in india.

am myself looking for a break from the cities and go to the mountains. :)
