Hey, I am here in Paris. Yeah Pousse-pousse I 've heard a lot about. Still haven't been there though. You can get organic vegetables pretty easily, but eating out is more complicated. Let's keep in touch.
A bientôt.
;)
That sounds awesome!
It's actually very easy to be raw in Paris, thanks to all the farmers' markets. You can check the schedule here: http://www.paris.fr/portail/marches_parisiens/Portal.lut?page_id=5675&document_type_id=5&document_id=10926&portlet_id=12148
My favorite is the Raspail organic market, on Sunday mornings. It's a tad expensive, like everything in this damn town.
I've also heard that Pousse-Pousse is an amazing raw restaurant, though I've never been. Here's the address, if you're interested:
7, rue Notre-Dame-de-Lorette, 75009
(Métro: Notre-Dame-de-Lorette)
Too bad I'll be in the south of France when you're here- otherwise I would've been happy to show you around! Meanwhile, I'll be busy explaining to my baffled couchsurfing hosts my (mostly) raw lifestyle.
Let's keep in touch, dr86!

Thank you for your positive words everyone. I've been raw for 8 months and it was simply dissappointing to have gone through such a binge! Besides I felt physically awful!
Onward we march from here! lol
