I have been going about 50-60 % raw for about 14 weeks
I hope to be about 75-90% raw by the end of the year. My osteopath recommended to go onto green smoothies as way to heal sports injuries. From there I checked out going raw.
I managed to get some really good resources for minimal cost - mp3 and ebooks of the top dudes talking about raw. I would be keen to share this information as I am excited about going raw - it has been the best thing I have ever tried.
I already feel great
