small cup steamed, sprouted black beans with raw spinach, pepper, tomato, cilantro (no salt)

I have not used the stuff for years, it gives me heart palpitations.
but when I did use the stuff my 1st choice was liquid (especially the flavored ones they have like toffee)
2nd choice: white, which is more processed, but I can not even stomach ...
Soft rock is soft, not driving rock, but soft gushy love songs, romantic, smooth..stuff you are embarrassed to admit you like.
Stuff that makes you imagine you are swimming with sea horses, or hanging out on a rainbow with your love.
Did you just blend banana and vanilla? I made ice cream with banana and cacao nibs... it was really good.
Yum. I love raw spaghetti so much.
That looks really good. I should make more elaborate desserts, I tend to keep it simple.

My partner Mary says hello, she met you at hoop came in Santa Cruz.
She was in the room next to you. hopefuily she shared the chocolate I sent with her with you. if your over san jose way we have hoop jams on tuesday nights. your welcome any time.
