It feels so much better (I'm not healed, but there is a big improvement in the swelling, pain and flexibility). I was already taking it internally, but the combination of both is spectacular.

Hope you fed any cravings. I've been on a mad chocolate kick since eating Nic's brownie and the Gnosis chocolate bar Philip was sharing (I mistakenly gave Blaq Berry and her hubby the credit on my blog. Oops).
