Say Hello to my Little Friend

I noticed you said you had a fever. I used to get a lot of kidney infections as well, and although I haven't had one in at least 8 years, my kidneys are still a sore spot, and so whenever I get a fever or some kind of viral infection my kindeys ac...

Hi. I saw you on Raw Help. I have experienced the same things you have in my relationship with food. You are already making a great decision to be raw. I believe in you and wish you the best. Feel free to send me messages. I'm here for support. I am not perfect but I know that I am all about making progress on constant basis.

Oh my gosh I just about died when I read your favorite quote, "Do or do not, there is no try". About 5 years ago I bought this yoda doll that you ask questions to, I laughed so hard in the store that I had to buy it. It was the funniest thing, but one of the things he said was that quote. That's cool that you are living in Oregon too. I love Oregon..Take Care, Jen

How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I love reading everybody's different views of what a raw food life is about, I realize there is no one way to be "perfect" and that it's all about what makes YOU feel the best you can. Keep it up!
Relationship Status:
Married
Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
Salads and smoothies and coconut butter
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
I crave knowledge of everything so it is on ongoing list for me. Freedom, the zen of zombies, belly dancing, 2012, Mayan history (getting married in Cozumel this October), sacred geometry, yoga, poi spinning, silly immature movies such as "Knocked Up" and "Old School", keeping house, altered states of consciousness, desert life, chakra tuning, hiking, kitchen magic, gardening (food, flower, herb), biking, energy conservation and alternatives, Earth Ships, Halloween, solitude, alternative medicine, the Dark Ages, religions (although I pick and choose what I like and I tend to gravitate towards the dark mysticism),
Favorite Books or Authors:
The Sunfood Diet Success System by David Wolfe, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, Healing Anxiety and Depression by Daniel Amen, Stop The Insanity by Susan Powter, Brain Lock by Dr Jeffrey Schwartz, as these are the five books that have helped heal me. I also read cookbooks and recipe books like novels... I can almost taste the outcome! I also enjoy reading the bible not because I'm of the religious sort, but because it has a lot of interesting stories in it. I would like to get my hands on the Koran and the Dead Sea Scrolls someday.
Favorite Quote:
"Do or do not, there is no try" ~ Yoda is my spiritual leader ;)

Hibernation Dreams...

All I've wanted to do lately is sleep... I'm going on a week now and really would sleep all day if I could. Low on Vitamin D? Anyway, I keep having these really wild dreams and I keep dreaming about the same type of desire for a man, not really the one in the picture, but dark and mysterious and really very handsome. Last night was this:

The scene is like a dark gothic theater... two stories, all black and red. On stage, huge stairs going up to the top, dark colors.
