ps For the initial healing phase I cut out nightshades but didn't stop eating them long term. The main thing is to cut them out for a while and see if it helps and then be aware if you add them back in if it negatively affects your body.
This can be challenging but it can also make a person more creative in seeking out other vegetables that they normally wouldn't eat very often. Figs are considered low glycemic and are super high in calcium. You could try them blended with other super foods like maca and mesquite as a kind of morning late or as a creamy cereal that you add walnuts and blueberries to. Berries are also considered low glycemic. You can also make flax crackers with figs and green apples and cinnamon for a breakfast toast. I just bought some ground cloves that are so good. Adding a really fresh spice like that is so good too! I think it can help detoxify as well. Have a great day!
HI Courtney! Have you tried low glycemic raw? It can really help heal you fast. Like in 1 month!
