Would love to learn more about your chocolate-making. My daughter always wanted to be a chocolatier. It would be interesting for her to learn from you. Perhaps you should offer a course? I love the idea of the chili chocolate. When I used to drink hot chocolate I'd always add cinnamon oil and chili pepper.
