I plan on buying some good quality essential oils that can be eaten like orange and rose and we'll have fun playing around with it. I'll definitely be in touch if we're in your area! Would love to learn more about your chocolate-making. My daughter always wanted to be a chocolatier. It would be interesting for her to learn from you. Perhaps you should offer a course? I love the idea of the chili chocolate. When I used to drink hot chocolate I'd always add cinnamon oil and chili pepper.
