Do a morning ritual and go for a run. Depending on the day, do a juice fast. I'd like to do yoga on the Solstice this year...
Chris, how has the ice cream come out?
Now they ARE saying it was raw pistachios. I have a feeling this could snowball into other foods, i.e. radiate/cook/pasteurize everything! We'll see...
i must say it's a concern. But I also was told not to eat pistachios, cashews and peanuts.

Does anybody think that it's a bit "fishy" that we now have a pistachio warning this soon after peanut issue? Just another excuse to pasteurize everything? First almonds, now this...

Pistachios
Does anybody think that it's a bit "fishy" that we now have a pistachio warning this soon after peanut issue? Just another excuse to pasteurize everything? First almonds, now this...

i'm well. soo glad to hear you are doing well. i'm living in berkeley and having a great time with my two little ones and my fantastic wife virginia. lots to catch up on. also, i am in chicago monthly for business - maybe we can have lunch or something.

Are you crazy women? I love animals. I had frogs,fish,birds,cats, all at one time. My apartment was a zoo at one point. My cat at that time got hold of some of my love birds. Wasn't a pretty site.
