My 4 staple Raw Super Food recipes

I added a Recipes page to my website, with my 4 staple recipes I eat in some form nearly every day! Check it out:

Loving Foods Raw Food Recipes

- Chocolate Bliss
- Fiesta Mole Soup
- Goji Lemonade
- Creamy Berry Chia Pudding

I do many variations of each of these, depending on what superfoods and fresh food I have around and am in the mood for. All of them are satisfying "meals" on their own, as all the ingredients are synergistic and meet lots… Continue

1. How long will the drink stay good in the refrigerator?
2. Do i need to store the powders in the refrigerator or room temperature?
3. whats the expiration for all the 3 products?

Hey Courtney, I saw that you posted that Vitamix blenders were better and quieter than Blendtec. I see so many Vitamix blenders out there I am getting confused which one would be the best to get. I am very new at this but am willing to pay in for the longhaul. Any recommendations on where to buy for the best deal? By the way, I like your website and think it is great what you have acheived already.

I've been doing some "research" on ear candling, and have found three different reports: 1) it's great, feels great, and really helps to clear out the sinuses/lymphs 2) it feels great, but that's just the warmth and it doesn't actually do anything...
