Hm. I feel like I need to tell you that those things leak gas and oil into the water and cause much damage to the marine life in the water. Ski doos are not friends of the planet, unfortunately.

Is it possible to do kombucha in closed containers? My husband has started experimenting with kombucha and I don't want to quash his enthusiasm for fermenting :-)
Thank you for posting this, it seems like an answer to a question I had going around in my brain. I love fermented foods, too. It's a good reminder for me why to keep on making and eating/drinking them!

Any material online available online about the conference you went to? This week I bought two books that are supposed to be good, "Seven times the sun" and "playful parenting", but I haven't started reading yet.
