- i've been on the raw journey for nearly a decade now... but still not managing to maintain 100% all the time. i am recovering from CFS/ME. i'm interested in wild food, and developing a temperate raw food diet, to cut down on food miles.

I have to say that I need to be left in peace , as well .
It is not only a matter of RAW VEGAN diet . And add 10 % steamed vegetables and rice . They ground and are very good to the nerves .
Some people don ' t respect at all , my present state ... those who are terribly unhappy with themselves . I am not ... I feel very much OK with myself ... clean counsciousness .
I have been trying to recover in all the ways I can . Without loosing hope .
But I have to say that some Bombs thrown on my Path , Bombs , I mean , on the moral level , coming from these mentioned unhappy people , really hurt my Energy Level . Well this is known .
They cannot cope with purity .

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.
