Panda- I have done the cleanse 4 times over the last 2 years--I love the results-the feeling of clarity and it really helped me with cravings. Right now I'm doing a mini juice feast so I can't join you on the lemons, but I can answer some question...

1) MSM, Goji berries, organic fruits and veggies, raw cocoa 2) I overdo it at the FM-The prices are so low and it's all organic (i'm in Cali) I especially like the purple tomatoes, and the fresh basil and mint--there's nothing like it in the 'regu...

You are a star! You are amazing and have so much love for yourself. You are doing so much to regain your shining self.

Yes, I have found the best policy by far (and I learnt the hard way) is to keep quiet about the non-raw husband's eating/drinking habits and health. It is *his* responsibility to keep in good health (not yours) and besides men do not like being told what to do or what's good for them - right? The only thing I do is I casually offer my husband whatever I'm having, and sometimes he shares a green juice with me or salad. You have made a choice to better your life. He has made a choice to stay just where he is and that is all as it should be (only we can make our choices for ourselves). So just continue on your path, and let your light shine as a beacon of good health and after some time you may (just may) have an effect on your husband's habits : ) . Shine on!!! Love, Andria xxxx

I definitely understand. I've been with my husband for 10 and when you change this much in such a short period of time, it really adds a lot of stress to your lives. I wish you peace during this time of transition and tribulation.

Love and Light to you,

Rachel Harmony

Aw it is great to hear that you're not on the rocks ;) It must be frustrating for you but you have all of us on here, even though it is online, it is still support and love right when you need it. Lots of love, prayers and hugs to you xxx

Hi Lisa
Good to meet you! And many thanks for feedback - always motivating! You're in a good place to be raw, ie California. We went to LA and San Diego last year just before going on to Sedona for Raw Spirit Festival. I do envy you your farmers' markets, and of course the weather! (Middle of summer in the UK and 64 F high today - groan!).

Hi Cakes66,
Thank you for your sweet reply to my post and for the encouragement!!! I will definitely get some kelp noodles... I am sure that will help a lot as far as the pasta cravings and all. Where did you get the onion bread that you were talking about (that you use to make "pizza"?)

Thanks so much and have a blessed day!

About Me:
I went vegetarian in June 07, then vegan. I discovered RAW while on a vegan board in Feb 08. Since going RAW I have overcome GERD (No more meds), no more hip pain (due to pressure on the joints, and no more tingling in my hands (I think that was due to excessive weight) I have lost about 20-25 lbs and am now 10 pounds away from my mini goal weight. I am usually high RAW 90-95%. I am currently part of the RAWFU 100 day 100% RAW Challenge. I have lost 10 lbs since the 100 day challenge started!

Big lesson about being married to a SAD eater!

Well I have learned a big lesson about being married to a non-raw foodist...

I have only been raw for a little over 1 year and a half- I have been married for 17 yrs. It's been weird for my husband-he sometimes does not understand why I am doing this.
At first I was determined to be 85%-100% raw and was successful mostly---For the past few months I have tried to ease 'him' into the idea of 'my wife is raw and and wants to be healthy' by eating more vegan and even vegetarian-like when he eats a… Continue

You wanna both snowboard and ski? You usually have to stick to one if you want to master it. Not saying you can't do both, but maybe wait until you got the hang of it before switching up.
