I haven't been able to get a diagnosis but I am pretty sure I have a candida problem.

Food does matter!
I'm off to the doctor and eastern/western guru, Dr. Khalsa, today to test my Adrenals, my hormones, my toxic load, my level of metal toxicity and to test again to see if my candida is gone so wish me luck! This will just be another extension of my education.

Goodbye cold, hello New York!
I'm back!! I was in New York for a week and it was just beautiful! I will have to make this a 2 part post because there is so much I want to write about. Here I am in Sheep's meadow in Central Park. The weather was gorgeous.

How checmical free are you?
I'm back and will have a long catch up post this weekend. In the meantime I came across the video while researching phthalates. I have been hearing and reading a lot about these chemicals that are used in perfumes, dies, plastics, etc. and can severely affect reproductive development. I have been checking all my products and trying to make sure that I at least am not using perfumes or products with them but it is hard to unders… Continue

Yes, it's very boring to eat raw when out in Valencia, unless you go for the good old salad, which is great, but come on....
So by force I had to become my own chef. The Spanish market is very new to this lifestyle. I'm a Personal Yoga Coach and am slowly introducing Raw Food Coaching as an additional service to my catalogue...

Yup; this is a good story......Its been bouncing around for years..Nope you can not wish them away with Raw food.......
neither wins because the world isn't fair- and we are constantly having to deal with it. the more conscious you are the more you see how unethical people rule the world and you can't wish them away by feeding your happiness with cacao. it's a fun ...
How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?
Wow Id like to hear more on this from other people as well. I am not sure where to get info on things like this either- I just know my personal experience with a low carb diet. I still believe in low carb for the most part but plant based live foo...
That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
