Food does matter!
I'm off to the doctor and eastern/western guru, Dr. Khalsa, today to test my Adrenals, my hormones, my toxic load, my level of metal toxicity and to test again to see if my candida is gone so wish me luck! This will just be another extension of my education.

Goodbye cold, hello New York!
I'm back!! I was in New York for a week and it was just beautiful! I will have to make this a 2 part post because there is so much I want to write about. Here I am in Sheep's meadow in Central Park. The weather was gorgeous.

How checmical free are you?
I'm back and will have a long catch up post this weekend. In the meantime I came across the video while researching phthalates. I have been hearing and reading a lot about these chemicals that are used in perfumes, dies, plastics, etc. and can severely affect reproductive development. Yes, it's very boring to eat raw when out in Valencia, unless you go for the good old salad, which is great, but come on....
So by force I had to become my own chef. The Spanish market is very new to this lifestyle. I'm a Personal Yoga Coach and am slowly introducing Raw Food Coaching as an additional service to my catalogue...
