Hey!
Is there anyone in the LA area interested in being trained by Brian Au to become a raw chef? He offers an AMAZING training package for $500, but there needs to be a minimum of 5 people interested. Any takers???

- About Me:
- My name is Ashley and I am sitting here trying to think of how I would describe myself. The funny thing is, I am learning more and more about myself everyday, shedding old beliefs and acknowledging new ones. I am ever-changing, always seeking new adventures. Yet, I appreciate having balance in my life. I love coming home to my mom, sister, best friends, puppies and I am grateful for having so much love and support present in my life.
I believe we create our lives and attract people and events into our lives that will ultimately help us grow. I am very excited about life and the love and thrills, and learning experiences yet to come.
Currently, I am a marine science instructor in California - teaching children about the wonderful ocean. I am passionate about so many things that it's challenging to find a direction I would like to follow. Soccer is my favoritte among the many sports that I play. Yoga is another that can be invigorating, relaxing, fun, and spiritual.
I love taking care of my body because as my sister says, "You're body loves you and every cell works hard every day to get jobs done and your heart beats every second and your brain is always thinking and your muscles are always ready to move; they're never giving up on you."

That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...

What other book can you recommend Angus?...staying with those kinda ideas, living in alignment with nature, natural hygiene, fruit diets, fasting (or anyone else :).
