fellow new yorker here currently abroad studying the brits' way of acting. but i'll be back in the big apple in june, hopefully with a job at a raw friendly place!
anyway, i was wondering if you had any advice on losing weight and toning up to keep up with this industry we both associate with. we both know there is a lot of pressure to do so but you seem so at ease despite these stresses. i want to slim down and tone up quickly but without losing my mind and center. is there anything from the wealth of your knowledge that you could share with me? i would really appreciate it. thank you!
