we hold raw q&a sessions at healthfood shops
at any of these events you will:
-receive a selection of yummie raw food samples including chocolate and pudding
-hear a short talk about why raw
-and some of the pitfalls of cooked foo...

you can get a train from brockley or new cross gate... depending on where it is you can get it to either crystal palace or tulse hill... im sure you knew that though, see you tomorrow! easy peasy lemon smoothey... XXX
This is for anyone who is dating, living with, and otherwise partnered up with someone who is not raw. We can help each other cope with temptation, eating out, special occasions etc.
For raw foodists in Scotland to share their love of the raw lifestyle and those who 'feel' or want to make a connection with the place.
I've started this group in order to find and link with people who eat raw food in and around London too. We can share ideas and books, meet up for potlucks and even go out for meals together
