That's cool - so it is a feedback system like amazon / ebay? Great - I did not look at it that way. Your right if someone has a lot of feedback the chances of them being a creep is pretty low.

- i'm finishing my last year at university studying anthropology and spanish though i recently decided that i don't have any need for a bachelor of arts.
i work too many jobs right now (three) but i will soon be leaving them for a travelling adventure.
first stop: riviere-du-loup for the explore program from may-june(five week bursary to study/learn french)
next stop: hawaii from june to december. a wwoofing adventure!
next stop: egypt. to visit the family. not sure how long i will stay there yet.
next stop: undecided!

Couch available in NYC?
Hi everyone!
I started a thread but I'm not sure how many people saw it! So here goes!
I'm coming to NYC from Toronto next weekend (17th to the 19th) and was wondering if anyone had a spare couch I could crash on. I'm aware of couchsurfing.com and I just signed up... but who knows if that will come through. Also, I'd love to stay with and meet some raw foodists!

you should definitely try freediving, i don't really like comparing it to scuba, as it's two such very different activities... freediving is a challenge, a sport, but also a way to be at one with the ocean, scuba is recreation, visiting the sea... try both! freediving with sharks is spectacular, but make sure to do it with people who know their stuff... let me know if you're ever in Europe, or on your way to Egypt or South Africa, I travel a lot and would love to meet up and dive free...

I grew up on a farm in Canada, went to undergraduate in North Dakota, went to Chiropractic school in Minneapolis, left Minneapolis after graduating in 2001 and came to NY for an amazing job opportunity. Stayed in NY for 7 months, moved back to Minneapolis, opened a practice, had a child (well not me of course), got divorced, moved back to NY in 2004 with my daughter and ex, and currently raising our daughter together as friends. The summer is incredible on the ocean. This is my connection to nature. Upstate is also very beautiful. Have you ever been to NY?

You're allergic. I have the same reaction and ended up getting allergy tests. Just have to wait it out and let it heal. Apparently you can build allergies to pineapple, so that sucks.
