It's a beautiful city with much to offer! You might also like Victoria as there is a large raw community.

- Hey Alex- your bike sounds great. The New Bad Boys are out- all white... that seems so wrong :) They all have a shock now (what were they thinking with mine, very very rigid)
I am thinking of getting another bike to do triathlons. Know much about cyclo cross bikes? thinking that might be my next step. Only cycling around melbourne at the moment though.

- actually TI swimming is a style http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJpFVvho0o4 It looks effortless which it probably is once you have un-learned bad habits like kicking. Great for the Triathlete as you conserve energy. I think I mostly look like I am drowning :)

What other book can you recommend Angus?...staying with those kinda ideas, living in alignment with nature, natural hygiene, fruit diets, fasting (or anyone else :).
