- OOO so good to hear from you. That is so funny you said that because last night I did a goddess activation seminar on the phone. It is about breaking up the old energies and thought patterns of our childhood so we can move forward to all we are wanting.
So you are a goddess as well we are so much more powerful than we know and we are just getting it.
Have you seen where my first radio show is posted. They will get better. Next week has a really good interview with Patra on switchwords.

Anyone to hire a spiritual Indian guy in Cardiff, Wales???
This is a post on behalf of my dear, chidhood friend. He is in Cardiff, Wales right now. He is doing his masters there and looking for work. not raw but really spiritual. since many raw foodists are into other holistic businesses and such, if there is any work contact, can anyone please drop me a line? Had the Strangest Dreams Last Two Nights
Last two nights on consequence I have been dreaming that I have been eating cooked meat, liver and eggs. Just like an animal! It was just the way a dog devours meat!Bleahhh!!!
I dont understand why I have been having these weird visions but I always wake up feeling so relieved as if am out of a disgusting tunnel!

but if we happen to go to the countryside and touch the tribal areas we could get the real taste of the culture :)
Right now I love spinach or parsley/spinach (1-1/2 cups) combo with a small Granny Smith apple, a few strawberries, a squeeze of lime and a few drops of stevia, if needed. Sometimes I use Mt. Capra goat's milk protein (raw/fermented).
That was the diet I did last year when I was totally raw. I did lose weight but I also lost muscle, so I ended up kind of skinny/flabby.
I do better on very low sugar/starch, higher fat and moderate protein (with lots of greens). I do eat animal p...

I have had the privilege of eating an awful lot of fancy, gourmet raw desserts. This dish is still one of my all-time favorites.
I was thinking about getting it because it is supposed to prevent cancer and possibly cure cancer.
