Also, I think being raw or more tuned in just makes people more sensitive to(or perhaps simply more aware of)the magnetic and energetic shifts.

Wow I've been thinking for the past few weeks that mercury HAS to be in retrograde. Didn't actually know it was until now. Yeah, I've been unusually blessed with gifts, a bit slow and foggy, and getting up late to eat most every night since around...

Your girlfriend can balance neurotransmitters by going raw. She should focus on increasing tryptophan\serotonin levels naturally through food. Sesame seeds are high in tryptophan. She should keep an eye on how this will affect her medication so you need to monitor this with a Dr.'s oversight.
Mucuna can help and sprouted garbanzo beans. There is a raw book called depression free for life by Gabriel Cousens that could be of help to her. Good luck!

Hi!
Just wanted to comment on the health vs wallet issue. Consider that eating Live food is actually saving you money in the long run because of all the medical bills and prescription purchases you won't be making in 20 years. And although buying all organic is more expensive than eating processed food, the nutrient density is higher and you will find that you need less to feel full. When I first started, I was aghast at what nuts cost. Then I remembered the $20/lb salmon that I was eating before I went raw and all of a sudden the price of nuts didn't seem like such a issue!
Also noticed your interest in Sumerian mythology-are you aware of the writings of Zachariah Stitchen (sp?)
