Thanks for everyone's contributions. Right now I am filling the mason jars to the top, and it seems to work well. My juicer runs at 80RPM so it doesn't oxidize the juice much, but still would love the option of vacuum sealing...I just found a cont...

Thanks Gil. I stole the idea from Gary Null. He mentioned it last year in a radio program. It makes sense to me. The more juice....the less space for air to occupy. A smart and low-tech idea!
Agreed on the lemon/citrus. Apple juice is a very good example. Pure apple juice turns brown super fast, but with a little citrus it lasts way longer.

And then strengthening with the right stuff, wheatgrass, kefir, probiotics, etc. I went off raw this Fall, and cooked food literally would sting me inside, acid. It all goes back to colon. Being clean inside comes with greater responsibility to stay raw, alkaline. To keep cleaning the colon, liver and blood.
Brazil Nut milk is awesome, good with pecans, and all the spices you can add and always vanilla.

- Yeah I can see that, green juice to alkalize. I was thinking about wheatgrass, etc. And replenishing and restoring, after depleting. Maintaining flora was what I was worried about mostly. pm means to message.
BTW, I still can't figure out if it's butterscotch or Cap'n Crunch I taste when I eat mulberries.

We get a fair number of applicants, and it varies all the time.
It is absolutely NOT required that someone be raw for any length of time. What is required is that someone be truly open and coachable.
