hey Winona - I'm 22 and so glad to find other young people on this site to keep me inspired :) I love that you've been raw for a year. what has been your greatest challenge staying raw and how did you overcome it? (I ask because with our age proximity - I'm sure you'll say something I can use in my own life)...
Hey thanks for the info. i used to go to school (briefly) up in Geneva. Hope the weather is warming up for you too. This is my favorite time of year : )
Cool Wiona! Yeah I still watch Cooked TV Shows because I get ideas and new inspiration even though they are not raw organic they do make raw dishes on occasion and they are very innovative in making cooked food which I will study and use to invent new RAW Organic Vegan, it is about the transformation :)

About Me:
Upstate New Yorker, all Raw in 2008
My journey to raw began as a vegan when I was searching for health concious recipes. I visited a vegan site that featured delicious looking raw recipes once a week. Check it out: http://veganmenu.blogspot.com/
That caught my attention. Over the following year, I investigated raw foods by browsing online sites and blogs. I learned about the healing power of raw foods, and began to incorporate some of the foods into my diet. My March 2008, I was ready to take the plunge. I have always experienced severe digestion problems - they vanished when i ate raw foods. I was often tired - my energy surged when eating raw.

I'm watching Party Down no...
Think more systematically. Instead of thinking of it meaning a problem like 'weak liver' it may mean, time to fast. Think of it as more like youre body is undergoing a load of eliminating stuff all at once. (and in this case perhaps, too fast(this...
Awesome U - Around 700 folk, at the beautiful Hilton Hotel ballroom, quite nice indeed. Like a big serious party, very light-hearted but very serious, i'd say mostly serious, especially the people presenting other than David. David carries on, his...
